Shaun the sheep lives on the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales. The other sheep facing the camera is Shaun's friend Lambert.

If you have taken a favourite thank you ... and thank you for visiting my gallery.

Lorenzo, thank you Mate, that is very kind of you.

It is ironic, that the image that has possibly taken the least amount of effort to produce, has received one of DA's highest accolades, as a DD. Totally ironic.

Warren.

Sometimes great things may come out from the simplest ones.
I think you've been awarded for the lovely concept and composition, rather than for the material effort in producing the shot.
Not to mention the perfect timing: you've just perfectly caught the moment while the sheep in the middle was watching you. I'm not into photography so I may state someting wrong, but it doesn't seem like a simple task. You should need a lot of patience and luck in order to do that.
And who knows: if you had waited a little longer, maybe the sheeps would have walked away and you wouldn't have been able to seize the moment again.

Sorry for the possibly clumsy English, I hope I've expressed myself in an understandable way. ^^;

Lorenzo, G'day. No worries. Your English is excellent, if you don't mind me saying. Thank you for your reply.

That certainly is a mistake that many new photographers make. They fail to see what is in front of them, while they keep looking for the definitive shot.
